Chef Vito Paterniti pays homage to his origins, Sicily, by placing great importance on the raw ingredients, respecting seasonality and sustainability, to bring to the table a dish that embodies the taste of tradition and exploration.

Breakfast
From Monday to Friday, we welcome you from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, and on weekends until 11:00 AM, with our warmth and best smiles at the Ristorante Chiantà.
If you prefer to enjoy your breakfast in the privacy of your room, our room service is at your disposal.
